Jeanne Martinson has worked with mining and construction companies, government departments, and NGOs in Canada and abroad. A best-selling Canadian author and diversity strategist, Jeanne holds a diploma in Organizational Behaviour from Heriot Watt University in the UK and a graduate degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC. Her two most recent books- “Generation Y and the New Work Ethic” and “From Away – Immigration to Effective Workplace Integration” – focus specifically on generational and immigration diversity and how they affect organizations and teams.

Building on a background in broadcast and print journalism, Debbie specializes in senior level coaching in the areas of strategic communications, community and stakeholder relationship building, issues management, consultation and facilitation. She provides communications and engagement support to business process change projects and develops and delivers workshops that build internal communications and engagement capacity.
